This is a navy-blue cotton saree with a thin golden border running along the two edges. The uniqueness of the saree comes from the elaborate kantha hand embroidery in the palla and delicate patterns across the body. The fishbone and simple running stiches in different shades of blue on a grey palla creates a elegant pattern. Tiny kantha motifs, at regular intervals, adorn the entire body of the saree. The kantha embroidery is hand embroidery. Hence the displayed patterns of the saree are not a print.
 
The saree is soft, easy to drape, lightweight and comes with contrast grey stitched blouse [which you can adjust to appropriate size]. The blouse has a lining, seam finish, added kantha detailing, piping around the back and sleeves as shown in the picture. Refer to the pictures to see the stitched blouse. The saree is ready to wear, fully finished with fall and pico.
